Energy Efficiency

With our HVAC controls in combination with our energy saving strategies you will be able to run your systems more efficiently. Our HVAC sequences are customizable with many possible energy saving strategies. With our GCL driven control anything is possible.

Occupancy

Based on a schedule, sensor, card access, or CO2 detection, we control the units within a building. If a room is unoccupied why are you operating the unit as if the room was occupied? Do you want to save money? We close outdoor dampers, cut back cooling and heating to maintain a chosen set point when a room is unoccupied. With our Optimum Start algorithm we are able to determine exactly when the unit should turn on to have conditions exactly as you want them during a scheduled occupied period. Based on the current outside air temperature as well as historical data stored by the controller, a very accurate calculation is made.

Reset Schedules

Using a reset schedule to determine hot water supply set point on boilers, supply air set point on RTU, UV, AHU, and other heating cooling units will allow the system to be controlled more effectively. If you reset your supply set point according to outside air temperature this direct relation will save you money. This makes the system more adaptive to environmental conditions which creates a more economical method of control.

Purging

If the temperature outside a building is suitable to cool or heat an unoccupied space, our system will operate the unit in an attempt to adjust room temperatures closer to set-point thus creating a more energy efficient solution for your heating and cooling needs.
