Occupancy can be determined by motion sensors, scheduling, or card access systems.

Our outdoor lighting controllers come with a built-in cost effective algorithm for calculating the exact sunset and sunrise in your area. This way you do not have to set different schedules for different times of the year or worry about buying lighting sensors that don't work properly. Our lighting controls can be integrated with our native BACnet Card Access and HVAC control systems. This is when the real magic happens. Imagine you swipe into the building with your Access Card and only the lights in your office and hallway turn on. All systems can be viewed on one piece of software that includes floor plans and graphical layouts. As well, a log will be created of your entry and lighting activity. This can be used later to run reports for data analysis. These reports can be given to our engineering consultants for interpretation.
