Installation includes user friendly custom graphics which depict network, floor plan, air and water systems. Durell Control Systems takes pride in their focus on energy management. Each Delta system, installed by Durell, includes historical trend log data that enables accurate system analysis. A sophisticated alarm generation system details alarm level and operator response.

Airflow Management
Durell has recently developed stand alone "Jobs-in-a-box", which consist of a modular duct-mounted mechanical unit controlled by a "smart" digital thermostat. Each "Job-in-a-Box" is pre-assembled in the shop facilities and available for either direct sale or installation.
Fan Coil Unit
The Fan Coil Unit includes separate heating and cooling coils, each with a Belimo™ fully-variable control valve. The fan is controlled via low-voltage relay circuitry powered by an integrated step-down transformer and isolated with a local disconnect for maintenance. |

VAV Box
The VAV Box includes a reheat coil with Belimo™ variable control valve, a damper controlled with a Belimo™ electric actuator, and a duct pressure sensor for determining airflow. |

Dump Box
The Dump Box is constructed with a Belimo™-actuated redirect flap and electric reheat with local disconnect for maintenance. |

Durell builds ESA-inspected and approved HVAC power supply boxes for direct sale and use in all of our installations.
