Robarts Research Institute London,Ontario This state of the art building expansion officially opened in 2003 doubling the space available for research to nearly 200, 000 sq. ft. The expansion was totally outfitted using Delta controls for both the HVAC system and lighting. The owners also requested power metering and steam metering to calculate operating costs for the building. This was all made possible using Delta controls.
Boards of Education
Thames Valley District School Board Currently Durell Controls has 44 TVDSB schools tied to a central server that utilizes ORCAweb. Remote access allows maintenance personnel the cost saving ability to remotely investigate a problem before arriving onsite. With the use of login restrictions, custodiansare able to log onto the Delta system and create event schedules and adjust set points. This customer has also experienced substancial savings due to efforts around energy management.
Lambton-Kent District School Board Presently Durell Controls has 25 LKDSB schools tied to a central router that utilizes ORCAview, allowing maintenance personnel to connect to all Delta sites. Durell has had a long term relationship with the LKDSB. Some sites are still operating on V2 Delta controllers installed in the early 1990’s. We have successfully integrated both the V2 and newer V3 versions of Delta controllers they appear seamless over the graphical user interface. Hospital and Medical Facilities
Woodstock General Hospital Woodstock General Hospital utilizes Delta Version 2 hardware and software. This original Delta product is quite robust and WGH is a prime example of the durability and support which drives the Delta Legacy.
Meaford Hospital Meaford Hospital is another original Version 2 Delta installation serviced by Durell Controls. Remote monitoring using Delta Igraph software keeps Meaford Hospital operating smoothly.
St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital St. Thomas, Ontario Electronic Controls Pneumatic Controls Access Controls OWS Graphics 1700 points 1000 card users Durell Controls installs and services card access control at STEGH. With the use of Delta’s card access platform, Durell Controls has provided an integrated HVAC and card access system that incorporates 1,000 card users. All HVAC and access information is available through one seamless graphical user interface.
Strathroy-Middlesex General Hospital Electronic Controls OWS Graphics SMGH is a full V2 V3 integrated building. Durell Controls has implemented a wide range of control strategies including isolation room pressure monitoring and alarming as well as HEPA exhaust fan control.

Cities and Townships
Facilities for the City of London Durell Controls has installed Delta HVAC control in many City of London buildings. Arenas, Fire Stations, Court Offices, Maintenance Facilities as well as the Museum and City Hall are just some examples. The City of London utilizes a V2-V3 integrated ORCAweb platform communicating over the City’s wide area network. All supervisors, operators and maintenance personnel have access to the Delta system. .
