Some additional services that can be added to a customized contract include: phone support and our Maintenance Management Service. Our maintenance management system will prompt your staff when specific tasks are required- ie change filters, lubricate dampers, etc. This service will also inform you when materials and parts are required, as well as help you keep recommended inventory levels. This ensures the ultimate control, quality and service.

Our phone support option is another benefit that can be added to your contract. With phone support coverage, every time you call in for service it is covered under one annual fee.
